CEO of Business Franchise Group
Grant is the CEO of Business Franchise Group, building the business from the ground up having run the first pilot store for Speedy Signs in 1998. With 20 years experience in the franchise industry, Grant has experienced everything from franchise sales, marketing, business coaching and mentoring.
Grant’s role as CEO focuses on strategic direction for the various brands and ensuring they are supported through our Field Operative network. He is also responsible for creating new marketing strategies for the brands and enhancing current marketing programmes to help owners reach their sales goals.
Franchise Development Manager
As Franchise Development Manager Sarah is the first point of contact for prospective franchisees looking at joining the EmbroidMe brand, and is responsible for the continued expansion of the franchise as well as facilitating ownership changes. Sarah is passionate about the brand we have built in New Zealand and in helping people make their dream of business ownership a reality.
We have a fantastic group of owners so Sarah is constantly on the look-out for people who are business minded, understand the importance of marketing and sales, looking after key accounts, and managing a small team.
As Marketing Coordinator, Morgan is responsible for coordinating and implementing group marketing activities for the EmbroidMe brand. This includes social media, Google Adwords, co-ordination of national campaigns, etc.
Eleanor provides organisational and administrative support through her indepth knowledge of our point of sale system, database management, and accounts.
As an Operations Advisor Shane provides operational support across the country and is constantly in contact with owners and their teams. Shane assists with training franchisees and their staff in the technical and operational aspects needed for day-to-day operations.
